Wonder

Many say Alaska is magical, and I agree. Among the magic is a mysterious draw to Denali, as it hovers high above the North American Continent. Each time the sky is clear in Anchorage, I take a glance northward, to see if I can catch a glance. When driving along the Parks Highway, the peak is prominently on display. When arriving and departing the Anchorage Airport, eyes are drawn in Denali's direction. Recently a friend guided me to the backcountry adjacent to Denali National Park, which to my excitement was a beautiful display of the peak reflecting in the lake. What a wonder!
