Breezy View

I made several visits to the this spot, trying to get the best light, perspective, and tide. And on this day the easterlies were out and about, making this one breezy view! It was difficult to keep the tripod steady! I pressed down on it during each shot, a total of eight bursts to catch this wide perspective!

Mudjin Harbour is among the the most beautiful places in the world. The Turks and Caicos Islands definitely has its hidden gem. The location is so remote, it is accessible only by flying into Providenciales, catching a 30-minute taxi ride to Leeward, taking a 30-minute sea ferry passing several cays, and finally snagging a rental car for a 45-minute drive, including a jaunt over the causeway that stretches between North and Middle Caicos. I explain this only so that one realizes it is not just a "picnic" to snag this shot. But one thing for sure, it is well worth it!
