Unequivocally Bryce Canyon on my top-five list of favorite national parks. During my first visit there inspring, weather changed from blue skies and mild temperature to wild thunderstorms over the courseof a few hours. By morning a foot of snow had fallen, leaving most of the park closed. I was hooked!During a subsequent visit, I meandered down the pathways to the valley floor. The red, orange, andyellow colors on the canyon walls were deeply impressive. My eyes were drawn to some tall pine trees,and my glance continued up the trunks to a magical vista. I setup my wide-angle lens and my tripodas close to the ground as possible. This is what I saw!
