Enduring Light
Photographing light in Alaska is always a special experience, particularly so due to the angle at which the sun rises and sets. Special light lingers for hours, and it was the case on this particular night. A colleague and I photographed several locations in the Kenai Peninsula, then as we made the bend around Turnagain Arm, light continued to shine. I pulled the Jeep to the side of the road, and we spent another thirty minutes capturing this incredible, enduring light.
