Pure Nature

"Pure Nature."

This was the last sunrise of this particular trip to the Turks and Caicos Islands. The only rude moment of the morning was the alarm clock, which was queued to ensure I arose prior to the sun cresting. I wandered down to the beach, barefoot, and headed out for a walk. I came across this tree that begged to be used as a frame for the scene. I listened to the gentle waves rolling onto shore. I watched the clouds roll by, too. The sand was so soft, and completely undisturbed. The nearest home was a distant 3 or 4 miles away. I was alone. This is pure nature.
