Moonlit Ruby

I meandered down to the beach in the middle of the night to capture light from the full moon cast down onto the shore in Olympic National Park. The long exposure appropriately showed the clouds racing across the sky, while the stars immediately around Polaris remained sharp in the upper part of the composition. A beautiful night catching this scene, while sea otters played in the sea off to my left (too long of an exposure to show them).
