Imagination

"Imagination." I visited Denali in the fall of 2018 in hopes of capturing a bear in the beautiful evening light. Specifically, I visualized a bear with the evening sun casting gold rim lighting all around the bear. Then on my last evening in the Park, the moment happened. I watched this bear wander down into the frame, and I was able to catch a glimmer of light in his eye. Sometimes imagination and skill come together to create the scene of your dreams, and on this particular evening the dream came to life. Surreal.
